My name is Will Toy, a local lad born and raised in Mid Wales and I have nearly 20 years experience in financial services.

I focus on providing a service tailored to your individual needs and I ensure that each client gets as much of my time and attention as they need. No matter what your working pattern or family commitments I can work around your busy life to make finding and getting your mortgage as hassle-free for you as possible. I take care of all of the paperwork, liaising with mortgage lenders and dealings with solicitors.
I would be delighted to meet with you at your home, my office or at your work at a time to suit you, and although most of my clients are within the Mid Wales area, I can help wherever you are in the country. Mid Wales Mortgages (part of Martin Jones Financial Planning Consultants LLP) charge a fee which can depend upon your circumstances but typically charge £395 once you have your mortgage offer in place.
